Mr Kennedy, after making his long-awaited return to the RAW brand last night, suffered a wrist injury. While taking an RKO from Orton, he immediately rolled out of the ring holding his wrist. When the referee went to raise his arm, Kennedy immediately pulled his arm away, while in significant pain.
At this point, there is no word as to how severe the injury is, but the belief within WWE is that he will not miss any significant ring time.

I think Kennedy might have hurt his wrist/forearm/elbow area before the RKO from Orton. If you go back and watch the match he was holding it from right after he backdropped Orton before he tagged out (when Orton jumped up and slapped at him).....maybe he botched the move and stung Orton's back too with that move the way they landed because the only other time you saw Orton come back was in a quick move to RKO Kennedy. Also, after Kennedy tagged out he never got off the apron and was visibly laying on the ground in pain talking to Batista about whatever was going on. You could also see Lawler trying to help him after the RKO when he rolled outside.
