There have been reports that TNA Wrestling has plans to phase out Cute Kip, Jacqueline, and Roxxi as on-air personalities, which is apparently why neither of them were at “Destination X” or both of this week's “iMPACT!” tapings.
Further reports are that this decision was made by TNA President Dixie Carter and not Jeff Jarrett. According to both WrestlingNewsWorld.com and Steve Gerweck, this decision has not been well-received by the other talent, and Jarrett has been taking the majority of the blame for this.

They might just get rid of Kip all together but I think his old teammate is keeping him in for now.
I heard why they didn't want them there is because of cost cutting moves TNA is making.

It now seems as though TNA stars Cute Kip and Jacqueline have been completely phased out of on-air roles altogether. After TNA President Dixie Carter made the decision to remove the two – including Roxxi – from television, reports are that they will continue to remain with the company in the form of backstage agents to offer guidance to the members of the Knockout division. As of right now, nothing has been determined or confirmed about Roxxi's future in TNA.

Idk if Roxxi will go since she does still wrestle from time to time but they may not have a storyline set for her.
As far as Kip it would be nice to see him wrestle again and same goes for Jacqueline.
