These are all written by me, and ME only !!
I'll go ahead & start with the Money in the Bank Match: well, this match is part interesting, and part not. It first starts off that we again have last year's Mr. MitB, CM Punk. Obviously, he has an advantage over the other 7 competitors, but remember now: Mr. Kennedy won & was involved at 24, & wasn't close to winning. I don't expect Punk to win at all here.
Also, we have the two big men here: Kane & Mark Henry. This is Kane's second MitB, & Henry's 1st. Don't expect to see either winning, especially Henry; if he tries to climb a ladder, he might break it while climbing it.
MVP & Shelton Benjamin: another advantage, both were involved at 24, but if I recall, Benjamin is in his 3rd of this match-type. For some reason, I actually see Benjamin winning & becoming the Ultimate Opportunist by possible beating Edge or even Orton over the next year.
Kofi Kingston: OMG, I feel bad for this guy ! In his first ever Mania main-card match, I don't think he'll do that well here against all of the other contenders in this match. I think he won't last that long in this match, trust me on that fact !
Christian: Wasn't really surprised to see him win the Battle Royale last Tuesday. I am expecting to see him win the Money in the Bank, & I see him possibly moving to Friday Night SmackDown to win their top title, whatever it is by the time he cashes it in.
Finlay: I hope his blonde hair goes red just like WrestleMania 23; or maybe a trash can lid makes a dent out of his face from Mania XXIV. He's not going to win it, but personally, I don't really see him winning any top titles before he retires(if he does).
25 Diva Battle Royale: just a few simple words: a big waste of card space ! But I am hoping/expecting to see Lita or even Trish Stratus in this match-up.
Shawn Michaels vs. Undertaker: The rumors have been true for the second year in a row. This makes me worried, because I am a big Undertaker fan, & I don't really want to see his streak get broken while I, or any other Taker fan is watching.
Let's look at the facts: Undertaker is 16-0 at Mania, & HBK has lost a few here & there. Taker was the first man to win the WWE AND World Heavyweight Championships Mania. Has HBK done that? I think not, and he won't be doing that anytime soon !
Of course, I'll be posting my predictions about a week before Mania, but I am saying this: I am desperatley hoping to see Taker win, because if he doesn't, his legacy will be broken---forever !!
Jeff Hardy vs. Matt Hardy: I don't even see how this is a 'Mania worthy match, unless there's going to be some flying off of some ladders onto the announce table. I'm hoping this match has a Falls Count Anywhere stipulation, because I know these two won't be willing to settle their differences just inside the ring.
I want to see ladders, tables, & maybe a chair or two involved in this match-up. Hoping for a huge turn-out for this match !!
Randy Orton vs. Triple H[WWE Championship Match]: I don't neccesarily like this feud at all. It has become a big bore ever since after No Way Out, & it has gotten more boring ever since that night. Plus, the two are in the same match for the same title again, just like 24. I don't really understand why they're extending this feud more & more, as well as putting the same two men in the ring with each other for the same title, but I am expecting a good match between the two in Houston.
Edge vs. Big Show vs. John Cena[World Heavyweight Championship]: Huh, isn't that funny? Another triple threat for a title, huh? This feud storyline completely sucks, especially on RAW last night. Inviting Cena into an already good match? What's up with that?
WWE could've had Cena out of this Edge vs. Show, already a good match, even if it's another David vs. Goliath. But no ! They decided to have him be a crybaby, & let him be part of the match as well. I am expecting Cena to NOT win this thing; he can wait until about Great American Bash or SummerSlam time.
OK, I am looking forward to WrestleMania 25 just like any other WWE fan, but the problem is: they have two many similaries with WrestleMania 24 ! I am getting worried that these matches may be too predictiable; will they in these 26 days before the the world witnesses history in the Reliant Stadium? We shall find out !
