is 4:30 am (cst) and I am on the phone with Ian as I type this.
Mickie will have to have surgery later today on her leg. She did indeed break her femur on her right leg,while they are saying that it is a bad break, it is a clean one. It isn't like Sid's where his was a compound fracture. Her bone never came thru the skin, so they aren't comparable injuries.
Mickie is definitely in alot of pain , even with the pain medication she is getting. But her spirits are still pretty good. I have read what everyone has said here on the message board to Ian and he has relied it to Mickie. Mickie wants to thank everyone for their well wishes and prayers. I have also received emails from people praying for her.
I'll keep you up to date as soon as I know more.

I just got a call from some of the boys at Ian's show tonight. They said Mickie broke her leg doing a dive. From what I understand she landed on one leg with all her weight & it snapped like Sid's did back in WCW, but above the knee. This is a very sad thing too have happen to her especially with her work in TNA at present. I'll I can say is how sorry I am to hear this, and wish her the best in her recovery.
Modifiactaion:
It seems that someone else did a dive, and Mickie didn't want to do the same dive, and decided to dive off some balcony, or higher position. Sara tried to catch her, but as stated before she came donw on 1 leg, and that was that. I've now heard from Joey, Jason Dukes, Sara through Kong who already heard all the way in Tampa.

To bad that had to happen with the TNA --TV--spot going for her --now a very LONG --YEAR --out of the sport --it will only tear her up with the pain that she will go thru and the long road ahead for her return .
Hope this is not the end of her !!!

TNA wrestler Mickie "Moose" Knuckles (whose birth name is said to actually be Mickie Knuckles) underwent successful surgery yesterday and will probably be out of action for three to six months. TNA is said to be interested in signing her to a deal when she recovers.
She started her rehabilitation with crutchs today !

I just got home from the hospital. Mickie is moving around fine with the crutches and was even threatening to use them as weapons on me, and the hospital staff at different points so she is definitely getting back to normal.
Her sister coming up from the Louisville area to be with her during this time has really made her happy and every time a new visitor walks into the room or every time Ian's phone rings and he hands it to her to talk to someone...her face lights up and she forgets the pain for a little while.
The internet was down at the hospital so she was unable to get on hear and read what the fans have been typing for her.
The goal is to get her out of the hospital tomorrow but she has to do some more physical therapy (doing some stairs) before they deem her well enough to leave. She is definitely looking better after they got her on a different pain medication that was actually working. The swelling is starting to go down in her leg and she actually sat in a chair and was out of bed for about an hour this afternoon after a second round of physical therapy.
They are going to take her bandages off tomorrow (they didn't put a cast on the leg because of her body structure) and she is anxious to see what the area looks like. I think she was even joking about being closer to a Terminator cyborg than Brain Damage because she has a metal leg now ;-)
So I definitely think Mickie will be just fine and it has a lot to do with the well wishes and the encouraging words.

First off, I want to thank each and every one of you that have sent me letters and emails of prayers and "Get Well" wishes. The hospital room was decorated in lovely flowers that kept my spirits high during this ordeal. In regards to the accident, please respect my wishes of not posting video footage of the injury on the internet. I do not wish for it to be shown. This is my personal request and I hope you respect it. Nothing good can come from the footage being posted and I would like to move past this and be able to focus on my recovery.
For those of you worrying about my TNA deal, please rest assured that I will be on TNA again once I am healed.
Now onto the injury update....
I am home already for one. I had surgery the morning after the accident and the doctors said that it was a clean break. They placed a rod in my right femer and told me that since my leg muscles were in such good shape, and since I was so strong, that they expect the recovery time to be faster than a normal person's. I have no plans on coming back to wrestling before I recieve a 100% clearance from the doctors. Ian and I have talked about this and even though I would love nothing more than to be in the ring again, Ian thinks that it would be best to take as much time off as needed to heal fully. So trust me, Ian and Patti would not let me come back to wrestling before I am fully healed. I am already moving around on crutches and the doctors have given me instructions so that I can come back to wrestling. They said that after I am healed, I will be 100% healthy. I still plan on attending shows to show my support for the IWA family.
Thank you again for your support and love and remember that I am being babied like crazy between Ian, Patti, John Calvin and the IWA family! So no worries!!!!

Mickie "Moose" Knuckles appeared on the Gimmick Hotline which can be called at (215)525-3595 on all five options. The first thing discussed is the unfortunate injury Mickie sustained recently which will keep her out of action for a period of time. She goes on to say that the prognosis for recovery will be shorter than another person due to the muscle she's built up in her legs.
Knuckles talks about her job in TNA and that it will be safe and that TNA want her to take all the time she needs to return so that she will be at 100% for her comeback. Talking about PWU and CZW Mickie said there was a problem with getting paid in PWU and that she would not be working there again if Johnny Kashmere was in charge, however now that it is under new management it may be a possibility.
When asked who she would like to wrestle in WWE and who there would work out well in TNA, she quickly responded Victoria and understood that she got paid more in WWE. In TNE she feels she would have great matches with Awesome Kong and Jackie. Her music in TNA was talked about and she was very hands on in deciding the type of song she would come out to and the steel guitar is something she is a big fan of.
Talking about her training, she said Ian Rotten and Chris Hero were involved but Ian brought in others that taught her what he couldn't teach and that she was able to learn every aspect of wrestling. Mickie also talked about how in addition to every other style she wanted to try Death Match style so that she could be regarded as able to do anything

she can ask all she wants but the fact is that she is in the public eye all the time so there for people are goin to take pics or vidoe of her all the time and put them on the internet weither she likes it or not she should just get use to it

dude she might have asked but like i said she is a public figuer. it dont matter if she asked or not. do you think that paris hilton asked for her sex tape to be leaked out in the open, no but she is always in the public eye so it was bound to happen. i like mickie but it was bound to happen, she might as well get used to it. i feel bad for her considering she was about to sign with tna but nuts happends.
