Hybrid TV: Episode 7 Quote The Raven Nevermore... hybridwrestling.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=99:hybrid-wrestling-tv-episode-7&catid=38:articlesFan Feedback: Episode 6 Written by Lee Okami Boy oh boy it is good to be back. I had to take a small break from writing a blog or two do to life’s duties but I am happy to return to writing up on a brand new episode of Hybrid Wrestling. I did get a chance to see episode 5 and to basically sum it up in one way...."H3RD." This faction has become a force to watch out for in Hybrid and they definitly intend to leave their mark. Episode 5 was all over the place and jam packed with so many great moments. Some new talent like Jason Gory, GQ, and Cameron Skyy got a chance to shine as well. The ending to the fifth episode saw Myke Quest and a deranged Dave Cole rush the ring and interrupt a great match between Eric Ryan and Marion Fontaine. Episode 6 jumps right in and gives a quick recap of what happened in episode 5. You get a real sense that Dave Cole is really becoming obsessed with the Hybrid Wrestling Heavyweight Title. It’s almost scary how much he wants the title back and what he will do to get it back. The beauty of this episode is we get a matchup of Myke Quest vs. Dave Cole. Quest has a claim to the title and Dave Cole was guaranteed a rematch. This match serves as a number one contenders match. There is so much built into this match that you just know you are in for something special. Both guys are hated by the crowd but it is hard not to respect them. Myke Quest seriously shows why he is a guy that flies under the radar. He is such a great wrestler that can do it all. Myke Quest really has something to prove in this match but he has a challenge going up against former champion Dave Cole. It’s also good to note the teasers before the match and during the commercial breaks of what is to come with Hybrid Wrestling involving Billy Taylor, Tommy Dreamer and the H3RD. It's subtle and doesn’t take away anything from the great main event. The match is full of great back and forth action but you should expect that out of these two. Dave Cole shows he is slowly losing his mind in this match. Myke Quest is pulling out moves that he hasn't done in sometime. It shows how much these two want a claim to a title shot. The ending to the match is not only awesome but it helps build on future episodes of Hybrid Wrestling. I really do not want to give it away at all but everything really falls in place as Hybrid builds toward their next big show Theory of Evolution on December 4th. Fantastic, fun-filled episode. And again Hybrid leaves you looking forward to the next episode as we now know hardcore legend Tommy Dreamer will be wrestling.

Theory Of Evolution: Desperate Measures Saturday, December 4, 2010 5.) The H3RD (Tommy Treznik, Facade, Raven) def. Tommy Dreamer, Billy Taylor, Marion Fontaine 4.) Pinkie Sanchez def. Russ Myers 3.) Eric Ryan def. Dave Cole 2.) Jason Gory & Austin Manix def. Cameron Skyy & GQ, Flip Kendrick & Johnny thingystrong 1). Louis Lyndon def. Johnny Gargano Dead Cultoure Dead Cultoure is about to infect pop culture. From the gutters to the high rises, you’re going to see their logo. It’s a clothing line that’s locked and loaded with grit and gusto. It’s real, it’s raw and it’s ready for the mass market. Dead Cultoure’s clothing nods to street culture, dark imagery and dangerous music all at once, giving birth to something wholly unique and utterly alive. Founded in 2009 by Hollywood Undead’s J-Dog and Johnny 3 Tears, Dead Cultoure bleeds with the same passion that their music does. The Gold-selling artists give a part of themselves on each and every song, and they’re doing the same thing with Dead Cultoure. J-Dog explains, “Even before we were in a band, owning a clothing company was a lifelong dream for Johnny and I. We’ve got original artistic designs that are simple but memorable. When you see the word ‘Dead’ written in college letters on a hoody, you don’t forget it.” You definitely don’t, and that’s what separates this brand. “Our clothing line has dark connotations and it definitely represents a seedier side of life,” explains Johnny 3 Tears. “However, we’d like to see this become embedded in the mainstream. Most ‘fashionable clothes’ are trendy to the point of disgust. We want to bring something different to the table. Everybody’s got a part of their personality that fits in with Dead Cultoure and what it represents.” Dead Cultoure lives and breathes darkness. From the perversion of iconic visuals on t-shirts to the honest, but ballsy logo adorning their sweatshirts, Dead Cultoure flourishes underground. Bubbling over the surface, there’s a reality inherent in these threads. “The name is a play off chichi couture clothing lines, but it’s from the other side–it’s more original,” continues J-Dog. “We grew up in LA surrounded by every trend imaginable, and we wanted to create something that was a little edgy that we would actually wear. “J-Dog and Johnny 3 Tears have already been proudly repping Dead Cultoure in front of sold out crowds all over the world. The best thing about the brand is that it’s tailor-made for everyone–guys and girls of all ages. J-Dog goes on, “So many companies try to incorporate LA into their brands, but we know we’re from LA and we don’t need to hype that fact. Being from LA really is just being yourself.” That’s true style, and that’s Dead Cultoure.

Hybrid Wrestling TV: Episode 15 Dave Cole Vs. Eric Ryan THIS IS A MUST SEE MATCH! hybridwrestling.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=119:hybrid-wrestling-tv-episode-15&catid=38:articlesWe have received an overwhelming response to the question of "who should be the #1 international contender"? Names spanning every country and covering every talent level and age group have flooded our inbox. Every applicant is being considered and the list of names read like a who's who in professional wrestling with each résumé more impressive than the last. But one name has stood out over the rest. Not only does this individual have an untouchable résumé that includes holding numerous titles in major mainstream wrestling promotions, but he has an attitude tailor-made for Hybrid Wrestling. His attitude might have been what held him back in other companies, but that very same attitude might be what allows him to strive in Hybrid Wrestling. The corporate suits might have been gun shy putting him in the main event picture but Hybrid Wrestling has no problem pulling the trigger. A final decision has not yet been made, but there is a rumor circulating that one will be made by the 2nd week of January. We encourage you to submit your pick for this one-night-only opportunity if you have yet to do so and then join us at the American Legion in Fremont, Ohio on Saturday, January 28th as Hybrid Wrestling pisses on tradition, exposes the business, and destroys the industry.
